It is one thing to consider the sacrifice that one makes to follow Christ. It is quite another to consider the sacrifice of God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, when the Son of God was nailed to the cross of Calvary. Our sacrifice pales in contrast to that of Christ, for His was from a love that was eternal, for a purpose to save eternally the souls of men. May God open our eyes to see His love demonstrated to us, and confirmed by Christ's resurrection.
